The Records Centre is a building specially designed and constructed for the storage, maintenance and use of semi-current records pending their ultimate disposal. The Centre provides the following services:

• Consultancy services (retrieval and issue of Records)
• Destruction of records (held in records offices & the Records Centre)
• Provision of records storage spaces
• Certification of off-site repositories
• Record Centre setups
• Restructuring of records offices
• Decongestion of records offices
